Good nutrition is the cornerstone to creating the life you want to have. Your mind may reach its potential in creativity; it may have the cognitive abilities required to create a plan of action. The body may have the energy required to put the plan of action to work and maintain the inertia required to fulfill all of your dreams and goals. To top it all off, good nutrition may prolong your life and the quality of it too, to enjoy all that you have created.
